Background: Jeffrey Feghaly is a Project Executive for the West Region – Phoenix at The Dinerstein Companies. He completed his Ph.D. in Civil, Environmental, and Sustainable Engineering with a focus in Construction Engineering in 2020 and his Masters in Construction Management in 2018 at Arizona State University.
Jeffrey has extensive experience in the field of alternative project delivery methods and has published his research findings in multiple notable journals and conferences within the field of Civil Engineering and Construction Management. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona.
Jeffrey boasts a wealth of experience in project management and team leadership, having skillfully overseen a number of complex multifamily construction projects. Jeffrey has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of over 2,000 apartment units in the Phoenix Metro area over the span of his career.
